How long does the application process take?
The initial review takes 3-5 business days. If your application meets our criteria, we'll schedule a consultation within the following week. The entire process from application to onboarding typically takes 2-4 weeks.
Are there any fees to become a dealer?
There are no application or recurring fees to become a JDIAG dealer. The only financial commitment is the initial product order and meeting annual sales targets to maintain your dealer status.
Do you provide product training?
Yes! All dealers receive access to our online training portal with product demos, technical guides, and sales training. Premium Partners and Elite Distributors also receive in-person training sessions at their location or at our regional offices.
What marketing support do you provide?
All dealers receive digital marketing assets including product images, videos, specifications, and promotional templates. Premium and Elite tiers receive additional support including co-marketing funds, customized campaigns, and event support.
Can I upgrade my dealer tier over time?
Absolutely! Many of our most successful partners started at the Authorized level and progressed to Premium or Elite status as their business grew. Tier reviews occur annually based on sales performance and market development.
How do warranty and repairs work?
JDIAG provides a centralized RMA system for all warranty claims. Premium Partners and Elite Distributors can become certified service centers with the ability to handle repairs locally, backed by parts supply from JDIAG.
